Process

Contact us on the form below and send us a couple of pictures of the boots you want reconditioned

We will assess the condition and if it falls within the 'normal condition' criteria we will undertake to do the work as listed above - current cost is £35 plus return postage £4.95

On approval we will ask you to send the boots to us well wrapped and on an insured or tracked service for your piece of mind and undertake the work - turnaround time is 7 days but often faster and when schedules allow.

We will email you when your boots are ready and send Royal Mail 48 hour tracked back to you.

We reserve the right to refuse reconditioning if the boots are obviously in a far worse condition than the acceptance pictures you sent us but this is very rare - our boot experts think they can always work miracles and mostly they do.

If the boots needs further repair work to be usable we will discuss with you and you can either accept or we will return the boots to you and refund in full. Sometimes rands need replacement (they cannot be done without a resole) or the interior is ripped and not repairable so you may be better looking at replacement boots.

Also if your eyelets need replacing and you have a goretex lined boot you must accept we have to drill through the goretex to fix a new eyelet which will affect the waterproof qualities and we cannot guarantee the boot will still be waterproof. But we are happy to discuss these things with you and every boot is individual and most can be 'saved'.

Please send us your name, address, contact number and a couple of photos of your boots showing their condition so we can accept for reconditioning
